1.3. Salary & bonus/ Lương, thưởng
- Net salary: 20.000.000 VND/ month (paid on 28th date of a month)
Lương thực nhận: 20.000.000 VND/tháng (trả vào ngày 28 mỗi tháng)
- Allowances: 150.000 VND/day (caculated based on O&M record book, paid together with monthly salary)
Phụ cấp công trình: 150.000 VND/ ngày (căn cứ vào sổ bảo trì & trả cùng lương)
- Company’s taxi card & any roadtax is provided for any on-site working day
Được sử dụng thẻ taxi & hỗ trợ phí cầu đường khi đi công trình – Bonus/ Thưởng:
+ 13th-month salary/ Lương tháng 13
+ Bonus according to Company’s business performance (equivalent to 3 – 7 times of salary)/ Thưởng theo kết quả kinh doanh của Công ty (3 – 7 tháng lương)

PROJECT MANAGER REQUISITION

- Responsibility
- Take responsibility to COD 250-400MW solar rooftop by end of Dec 15th 2021
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Experiences
- Proficiency in English.
- 3-5 years’ experience working as Project Manager
- Experience working with current solar technology preferred; – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Benefits
- Competitive salary: 2500 – 3000USD/month.
- Year-end bonus equals to 100% salary and shall be disbursed after project success (COD before Dec 15th 2021)
