Title:                                  Senior Sales Engineer (Steam Solution)

Report to:                        Country Manager (Expatriate).

 

Company Profile: Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a multinational manufacturer and provider of industrial equipment. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a talented sales executive with at least 4-7 years’ industrial equipment sales experience, for the job of Senior Sales Engineer.

Products: Valves, Boiler, Heat Exchanger, Process Instrumentation, Steam system…

 

Location: Vinhomes Binh Thanh

 

Job summary: The Sales Engineer will work closely with not only sales but also with marketing and operations department in the regional hub to develop the business and achieve the sales goals of Vietnam territory.

 

 

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical or Instrumentation is must.

 

Experience & Knowledge:

  • At least 4-7 years of experience for Sales Engineer position, direct sales to key accounts in F&B, Paper & Pulp or Garment/textile, …
  • Prefer experience in selling steam products: valves, boiler, heat exchangers and other engineering product If not, from other technical product/solution.
  • Passionate and strong in new business development, “can-do” attitude
  • Fluent in English

 

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the group of steam products: Valves, Boiler or Heat Exchang
  • To develop and maintain business strategies to achieve sales goal and profit target.
  • Follow the action plans, marketing plans to increase market penetration and brand
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and prospect client Visits customer to drive sales pitch and build the strong engagement.
  • Support customer in pre-sales and after-sales activities, training, requirement… by working closely with internal departments and custo
  • Forecast project costing, project, and sales quotations for custo
  • Conduct market intelligence
