Responsibilities |
1. Product Design & development (Innovation projects)
· Research and development of new technologies/products which used in rice mill plant · Receive, analysis design requests from managers, customers then propose the design ideas · Making the work plan · Design & develop mechanical unit of rice milling machines using Buhler design methodology · Setup & implementation of testing for new devices, data record and analysis on the feedback results · Finalized the design & prepare all regarding technical documents such as operational manual, spare parts catalogue with Buhler standard 2. Life Cycle Management (LCM projects) · Tracking and follow up the service of developed devices at customer site · Receive, analysis improvement requests from managers, technologist then propose the improvement design ideas · Making the work plan · Implement the improvement using the Buhler process · Setup & implementation of testing for updated devices, focus on analysis of cost reduction & technology optimization · Finalized the design & prepare all regarding technical documents such as operational manual, spare parts catalogue with Buhler standard. |

Requirements

| Education & Experience | · Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering (good & distinction grade is preferred).
· Priority for candidates who having experience in general manufacturing practices and general machine design. |
Competencies |
· Ability to work independently & team work.
· Good reading, written and verbal communication in English. · Initiative, enthusiasm and high fidelity. · Able to communicate well with multinational culture environment. · Good at reading the mechanical drawings. · Professional in 3D CAD modelling and creating 2D drawings especially using Inventor. · Have a strong background in mechanical design engineering such as strength of materials, machine components/mechanism design, mechanical vibrations and numerical tools for structural analysis |
