Job Description

  1. Process Engineer – Carbon Composites Automotive

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the product and process development
  • Responsible for the documentation and WI
  • Supporting the production department for in the Pilot and Ramp up Phase and Improvement of projects.
  • R&D for the competitive products, process, material and machines as well as patents.
  • Key Team Member from the Project Cross Function Team
  • Prepare the process PPAP (Product part approval process) Documents
  • Provide on the job training to new staff.
  • Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or materials field.
  • Experience in the Composites or Automotive Industry
  • Direct experience with IATF/TS 16949, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), 7 QC tools, TQM, SPC and other problem solving techniques etc.Knowledge about 3D CAD Systems (NX).
  • Good command of English, good computer skills MS (word, excel…)
  • Have good systematic thinking, analytical skill.
  1. Measurement (CMM,3D Scan) Technician Automotive

 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Independent creation of samples according to drawings, specification and dataset
  • Creation of programs and measurements on CNC measuring machines and optical measurements (GOM)
  • Participation in fault analyzes and plant settings
  • Trigger and process internal 4D complaintsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or materials field
  • Completed training as a metalworker / tool mechanic
  • Completed technician or masters education desirable
  • Knowledge in the setup of measurements and gauges as well as in the 3D measurement technique (Taktil + GOM)
  • Good MS Office user skills
  • English skills

 

3. Quality Engineer Automotive

Responsibilities: 

  • Build quality of product and customer satisfaction from development stage throughout mass production and EOP
  • Implement and conform with company business operating procedures and compliance to customer requirements, industry standard, law and regulations
  • Successfully establish product testing and inspection standard to qualify the product from development stages to customer’s approval with compliance to customer’s requirements and company project’s plan
  • Lead design, development, installation and qualifying inspection & testing equipment, checking fixture, and MSA
  • Lead application of quality tools, technique, methodologies to improve quality, delivery, efficiency to achieve company targets and business objectives
  • Indoctrinate quality mindset, quality policy, concept of GMP and automotive standards to all levels of employee
  • Demonstrate effective engineering solution on product quality, includes FMEA & Control Plan establishment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a bachelor degree in engineering field, Mechanical engineer is preferred
  • Knowledgeable about IATF/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing Management, Six Sigma, familiar or certified VDA 6.3 auditor is a plus

4. Senior Quality Engineer Automotive Measurment Expert

 Responsibilities:

  • Operation of modern  high-tech measuring technology as well as measuring systems (GOM ATOS Triple Scan – Industrial Optical 3D Digitizer , CMM, tactile, )
  • Programming of CNC measuring programs (on- and offline)
  • Execution of series-accompanying safety and analysis measurements
  • Planning of measurement sequences as well as creation and calibration of measurement recordings
  • Carrying out assembly and disassembly work on the assembly parts, cubing and master trestle as well as measuring fixtures
  • Preparation of measurement reports as well as evaluation and presentation of measurement results (test report)
  • Support the design department about the concept for checking fixture for the mass production
  • Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years related experience (supplier quality or quality engineering) preferably in the automotive business
  • Knowledge of quality system requirements for ISO/TS16949. Internal quality auditor, lean is a plus
  • Experienced in supplier quality assessment, supplier development
  • Knowledge of quality inspection and quality assurance techniques, theories, principles and drawings

5. Quality Manager

 Responsibilities

  • Establishing, implementation, maintaining and ensuring continual improvement of quality management system to conform to (IATF16949) ISO TS 16949 standard.
  • Promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
  • Organizing the annual internal audit.
  • Minimizing the findings in customer audit, third-audit, as well as the Quality cost for the Company
  • Taking care about the Quality Policy “Be a trustful organization with high efficiency & zero defect.”
  • Meeting targets – SOP, production volume, quality of process and product.
  • Conformity of APQP and PPAP requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a bachelor degree in engineering field, Mechanical engineer is preferred.
  • Experiences in automotive industry – Quality Assurance
  • Knowledgeable about ISO/TS 16949 (IATF16949), APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing Management, Inspection, familiar or certified VDA 6.3 auditor is a plus.

6. Quality System Engineer/ Expert:

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain ISO TS 16949 Management System
  • Speed and quality of problem solving on product defect, production process control and management system audit, customer quality issue.
  • Meet targets – SOP, production volume, quality of process and product
  • Conformity of APQP and PPAP requirements
  • Customer Audits
  • Reporting to the Management (MES)
  • Customer Satisfaction about 8D

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a bachelor degree in engineering field, Mechanical engineer is preferred
  • Experiences in automotive industry – Quality Assurance
  • Knowledgeable about ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing Management,

7. Industrial Engineer:

Responsibilities: 

  • Designing production floor layout, material flow, time study, line balancing, labor, WIP standard, line supply plan, shelves, trolleys, in plant boxes, and bins for each process to achieve Lean Manufacturing target each year.
  • Studying overall production capacity, identify bottleneck (constraint), and apply I.E. techniques to maximize productivity with optimum level of resources.
  • Supporting Production Manager and Project Manager on production cost estimation for potential new project.
  • Periodically validating standard time, identifying the gap and inputting the update standard time in ERP for business reporting and further estimation.
  • Implementing and conforming to company business operating procedures, customer requirements, industry standard, laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in I.E. engineering, MBA is a plus.
  • Experiences in automotive industry – Production / Quality.
  • Awareness of ISO/TS 16949, GMP, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 5S, statistical techniques for I.E., OEE, Capacity Analysis, TPM, ERP, POKAYOKE, 6Sigma, certified internal auditor is a plus.
  • Logical thinking, systematic problem solving, decision skill, communication skill, assertive and process oriented.
  • Proficient English.

 

8. Costing & Bom Engineer

Responsibilities: 

  • To organize and supervise all costing, collection information of material consumption and labor time.
  • Monitoring engineering BOM, production BOM and Routing on ERP.
  • To work with all projects to ensure understanding of total project cost budget allowances and target.
  • To assist with implementation and operation of ERP when applied to a production line and monitors work productivity against established norms.
  • To ensure all estimate costing and costing to be accurate and precision.
  • Monitoring and maintain all input data on ERP to be update and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably Industrial or similar technical qualification.
  • Supervision level experience in the field of cost controlling, ERP and reporting.
  • Good command in English both written and spoken. Ability to communicate and work by using English.
  • Knowledge of computer engineering and read a drawing.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • General and specific knowledge about Windows, Microsoft Office, ERP, MES etc.

 

9. Manufacturing Expert

Responsiblities:

  • Leading and driving overall improvement projects, focus on improved performance and quality, lower costs and lead-time reduction.
  • Ensure adherence to improvement project budgets and minimize operating costs and overheads
  • Ensure and track down implementation of KAIZENs and suggestions leading to productivity improvements and cost savings
  • Make use of a Lean Tool box to deploy this approach to identified strategic suppliers (7S, Value stream mapping,
  • Inventory reduction, Kaizen, People Productivity, Equipment availability
  • Manage overall performance, tangible benefits and report on the approach.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements in the approach.

Requirement:

  • Minimum a bachelor degree in engineering field. Business Management is acceptable. MBA is also a plus

  1. Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the supplier quality system to ensure compliance with procedures outlined in the Supplier Quality Manual.
  • Revise and implementing changes as required
  • Ensure quality, reliability and accuracy of products supplied by suppliers
  • Deal with suppliers regarding nonconforming materials, disposition and containment actions in a timely manner
  • Provide support to suppliers in relation to root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Follow up and ensure all recommended corrective actions are implemented
  • Perform quality system and process audits at suppliers including preparing reports, following-up and closure of non-conformance
  • Initiate and lead supplier development activities and program
  • Be responsible for new part development and validation
  • Review and follow up supplier quality plans, PPAP

  1. HSE Specialist

Responsibilities:

 

  • In charge of monitoring environmental records, occupational safety and health, handling environmental complaints and dealing with labor accidents according to law.
  • Management system 9001: 2015, 14001:2015
  • Make a hazardous waste report twice a year to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in province
  • Report on food hygiene and safety every 6 months to the Labor Inspectorate, this is the Department of Labor Safety and Hygiene.
  • Handle labor accident issues
  • Plan firefighting and firefighting training annually.
  • Plan an occupational safety and health (OS&H) for one year. Include the required equipment inspection work
  • Strict, occupational safety and health training, general safety training for employees.
  • Receiving firefighting police delegation inspection periodically 03 months 01 times
  • Check the company’s environmental inspections.
  • Documentation of 6 copies of hazardous waste
  • Training (Environmental health safety, machinery safety, PPE labor protection …)
  • Investigate occupational accidents and assist workers in dealing with occupational accidents.
  • Responsible for inspection and improvement of HSE related issues of the plant (electrical safety, fire safety)
  • Keep up-to-date legal documents on OS&H, Environment.
  • Establish and order safety signs / labels in the factory.
  • Contact outside agencies to verify equipment with strict requirements, environmental tests.
  • Understand and improve the issues related to occupational safety that affect workers.
  • Determine the hazards, toxic factors of the work area, of the machinery to provide timely preventive measures and post warnings.
  • Monitoring Security duty in timely, daily and record

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Must have proven experience and successful execution
  • of environmental, safety and health/hygiene aspects

Responsibility:

  • To plan, recruit and develop qualified workforce to align with Company’s business plan.
  • To explore effective recruitment channels, advertise, screen, interview and recommend suitable candidates for users departments in accordance with specified criteria.
  • To follow-up recruitment procedures in order to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy .

  1. Administrative staff

Responsibility:

  • Manage switchboard to ensure incoming calls are received, scanned and transferred to respective receivers or provide necessary information to callers in working hours.
  • Transportation management including daily arrangement to ensure cost effectiveness, control expense, do monthly reports, manage vendor.
  • Manage vendors such as drivers, cleaners, catering service, mail delivery, gardener, security and waste treatment Company, to ensure quality services provided and service provider comply with Company regulations while working with our Company.
  • Provide business travel support such as ticket/accommodation booking, visa application, invitation letter. This service must be provided to Company employee and Company guests as well.
  • Coordinate, support to organize Company’s events and activities such as Outing Trip, Year-end Party, … to ensure they are well organized and no impact caused by Administration function.
  • Stationery management for site from stock checking, ordering, delivery.
  • Responsible for billing cycle of respective expense of Admin or any other expenses as per manager’s request.

 Responsibility:

  • Control and to analyze the variances between standard cost and actual cost
  • To drill down the variance structure of raw material/burden/labor, and to effectively & efficiently identify the root causes of such production variances
  • To actively work together with the Operation team and to provide a measurement tool to help them reduce cost and improve productivity.
  • To analyze the sales and the gross margin and to aid the sales team to pursue high potential gross margin clients.
  • To assist the Finance Manager in preparing the financial report analysis/budget, in keeping effective communication with Group Finance and in helping Group Finance understand the business situation, and control budget
  • To prepare the analysis report required by Group Finance

  1. Cashier

Responsibility:

  • Strictly carry out the policy of finance department, well manage the cash, and deal with the income and expenditure account.
  • Fill in the cash journal; deal with the bank regarding settlement issues on a timely manner, aiming at clearing the balance daily and monthly. Produce the stock report on time, in order to ensure the correspondence between account and stock. If any loss is spotted, investigation should be started, and report to the leader immediately.

Requirement:

  • Computer Skills proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with of accounting and banking operation
  • Knowledge about AR process
  • Basis knowledge about PRC regulations
  • College or above degree, major in finance or accounting

  1. Production Team Leader

Responsibility:

  • Managing production quality, capability and productivity from pre-launch stage throughout production and EOP.
  • Ensuring effective implementation and conformity with company business operating procedures and customer requirements, industry standard, laws and regulations.
  • Managing effective production planning, manufacturing, in-process quality, efficiency, TPM and delivery to meet customer’s demands without extra cost of expeditions.
  • Leading continual improvement, preventive action and permanent corrective action on quality, delivery, efficiency to achieve company targets and business objectives.
  • Indoctrinating quality mindset, quality policy, concept of GMP and automotive standards to all levels of employee.

Requirement:

  • Graduated university and experience in manufactering factory
  • Experiences in automotive industry is a plus
  • Knowledgeable about ISO/TS 16949, GMP, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing Management, 5S, OEE, Capacity Analysis, TPM, ERP, POKAYOKE, 6Sigma, Shop floor Management, certified internal auditor is a plus.

  1. Mechanic Engineer

Responsibility:

  • Complete equipment documents
  • Compile and revise machine maintenance documents
  • Implement preventive maintenance plan and action
  • Monitor daily check for key machine
  • Prepare spare parts requisition plan
  • Carry out maintenance training
  • Summarize machine failure record and analyse
  • Track new machine installation and acceptance
  • policy, concept of GMP and automotive standards to all levels of employee.

Requirement:

  • Graduated from university and have 3 years machine maintenance work experience
  • Familiar with preventive maintenance concept and action

  1. Electric Engineer

Responsibility:

  • Ensure workshop’s water, electricity, and gas to run without failure
  • Carry out periodically maintenance plan
  • Ensure the whole factory facilities to work normally.

Requirement:

  • Graduated from university and have 3 years experience
  • Familiar with preventive maintenance concept and action
  • Familiar with electrical control and hydraulic control, pneumatic control

  1. Senior IT expert

Responsibility:

  • Check security software and handle with abnormal message.
  • Store and prepare document for ISO 27000.
  • Confirm factory machine data collector is working fine.
  • Fix problem at MES/ERP integration.
  • Maintain computer hardware, software and networking tools. Daily IT supporting to end user, including computer, software, user account, printer, telephone, cabling and so on, wondows, network supporting.
  • Manage /maintenance server/database.
  • Develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
  • Create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies.
  • End user accounts, password, groups and mailboxes management.
  • Anti-virus clients supporting and troubling, response security risks cases
  • Video and voice conference facility managing.
