KỸ THUẬT VIÊN BẢO TRÌ

Nhiệm vụ chính:

  • Bảo trì các thiết bị máy móc trong quy trình chế biến, đảm bảo dây chuyền sản xuất đạt hiệu suất cao, an toàn, chất lượng
  • Thực hiện tối ưu chi phí, hao hụt trong sản xuất và tác động đến môi trường.
  • Tham gia các hoạt động cải tiến bảo trì, bảo dưỡng
  • Tạo tiêu chuẩn về vị trí cho tất cả thiết bị trong Nhà máy
  • Đo lường mức độ rung động, nhiệt độ của thiết bị trên chuyền để đưa ra kế hoạch bảo trì bảo dưỡng

NHÂN VIÊN VẬN HÀNH MÁY

Nhiệm vụ chính:

  • Vận hành sản xuất đảm bảo an toàn (tuyệt đối), liên tục, hiệu quả
  • Điều khiển thiết bị theo hướng dẫn đảm bảo 100% tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn chất lượng
  • Thực hiện giảm thiểu chi phí, hao hụt trong sản xuất và tác động đến môi trường
  • Đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất theo đúng kế hoạch
  • Tham gia các hoạt động cải tiến sản xuất

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng:

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học các ngành Cơ khí, Điện, Tự động hóa, Cơ điện tử
  • Kinh nghiệm: Mới tốt nghiệp hoặc 1 – 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm ở các công ty sản xuất thực phẩm và thức uống. Ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp năng động, đã tham gia các hoạt động ngoại khóa có thể được xem xét
  • Tiếng Anh: đọc hiểu tài liệu kĩ thuật cơ bản
  • Yêu cầu làm việc theo ca

Production Supervisor

Working place: Dong Nai Factory

Report to: Production Manager (Filling & Packing)

Job Description:

Operation Management of production lines:

  • Ensure Health & Safety conditions for a Safe Working Environment
  • Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality, on time, and meeting consumer expectations
  • Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable results and drive continuous improvement to deliver breakthrough results.
  • Ensure the timely launch of new or renovated products to the Markets as per agreement with the business.
  • Develop and deploy the Capability Development for own team to ensure the team member are fulfilled required skills, and also develop team members for back up positions to ensure running production lines smoothly.
  • Lead the peers to deploy the action plan or requirement from Pillar or other committees.
  • Plan for peers closing skill gaps of which are defined according to TPM phases.
  • To grant co-operation to concerned Department for trials: new product development, line modification.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

  • Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic/ Mechatronics/ Electricty/Industrial System Engineering and other related majors.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience
  • Good English
  • Logical thinking, eager to learn, people development, dare to challenge
  • Leadership potential
