We are seeking talented and motivated final-year students or recent graduates, especially from the Industrial Systems Engineering program, to join our team as Operation Interns. This role is an excellent fit for students passionate about applying principles of production, operations management, and process improvement in a real-world manufacturing setting. It is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to factory operations and strategic projects under the guidance of senior leadership.

**Requirements:
