A Ph. D. position in the field of “Soft Functional Devices”
(Department of Mechanical Engineering in Chonnam National University in Republic of Korea)
We are looking for a prospective Ph.D. student who has interests in development of soft functional devices using soft materials.
A student who has strong English writing ability and knowledge in
- Mechanical Engineering
- Material Science
- Polymer Science
is welcomed.
With the topic, we have published papers in Advanced Materials (I.F.: 21.950 ), Materials Horizons (I.F.:13.183 ), Water research (I.F.:7.051 ), Chemical Engineering Journal (I.F.:6.735 ), and Soft Matter (I.F.:3.709 ).
– For the application, English score (TOEFL (CBT) 207, TOEFL (iBT) 76 points, TOEIC 750, TEPS 600, IELTS 6.5) is necessary.
– The scholarship: 1,800,000 KRW/month.
