Here is a gentle reminder that the EIC cat 4 registration will be closing on 23 April 2018. Students are to require to submit their registration forms through email to tan.baifong@iesnet.org.sg.
The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) will once again host the National Engineers Day (NED) 2018 in Suntec Singapore from 26 – 28 July 2018.
The Energy Innovation Challenge (EIC) is open to all universities around the world. This provides an excellent opportunity for university students to share knowledge, experience and expand their network, to promote engineering and a passion in this discipline. Your participation in the competition will also serve to interest and excite youths to embark in the fascinating and multi-faceted world of engineering.
The Challenge: Design or Invent a product/project to provide SMART engineering solutions focusing on four areas: Health, Living, Mobility and Services.
The EIC Competition will showcase selected projects for final judging and subsequently for presentation of awards on 28 July 2018 at the National Engineers Day 2018.

1st Team | SGD 8,000 cash + Trophy + Prototype Fund (SGD 500) |
2nd Team | SGD 5,000 cash + Trophy + Prototype Fund (SGD 500) |
3rd Team | SGD 3,000 cash + Trophy + Prototype Fund (SGD 500) |
4th – 10th Team | SGD 1,000 cash + Prototype Fund (SGD 500) |
