Job Title :       Robotics Global Trainee

Location :            S elected countries for each phase

Function : R&D/ Project Eng ineering or Management/ Sales & Marketing/ S ervice/ Quality & OPEX/ Production or Production Eng ineering etc.

1.        JOB Description

Trainee Program Objective: To develop fresh Masters graduates with limited or no work experience into global function and business leaders over time, with the capacity to lead functional teams or P&L accounts and g row the business capacity in the evolving market

Position Objective: As a Global BU Trainee, learn ABB’s way of working and the Robotics business, be open to work in different geographies and work on different project assignments in various functional areas during a 2 year training period before taking up a final placement in the local country and continuing to progress to leadership roles

Main Responsibilities, Tasks & Expectations:

  • Learn ABB Robotics domain, technolog y and processes
  • Be open to try any presented opportunity to learn the business and work in different environments
  • Contribute to strateg ic project assig nments and deliver visible results to the business
  • Build a g lobal network within BU Robotics
  • Work with business and function leaders to explore different manag ement styles
  • Willing to relocate in the short or medium term

2.        JOB Specification

Education: Masters deg ree – any field of Eng ineering , Science or Management

Work Experience: no work experience or less than 2 years experience; internship/projects or short work experience in R&D, Project Engineering or Management, Sales & Marketing, S ervice, Quality & OPEX, Production or Production Eng ineering , Finance

L ang uag e Requirement: proficiency in written and spoken Eng lish
