In pursuit of the strategy “Grooming People From Within”, Esquel Management Trainee Program is designed to meet the needs of a multi-national and fast-moving garment company and is expected to create a competitive advantage for the Company.
Talents selected will get a first-hand experience of the whole garment manufacturing processes and have opportunities to unlock their fullest potential on an accelerated pathway by working with our diverse and experienced professionals. The knowledge and exposure so gained while embarking on cross-functional job rotations across key departments will enable them to establish their rewarding careers and become Esquel’s future leaders.
This year the Company is looking for talents for the following departments: Production (Sewing, Cutting, Fabric mill), Quality Assurance, Technical Engineering, Human Resources
- OUR CRITERIA
- Fresh or less than 24 months of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BE) or master’s degree (MBA) and above, GPA >= 7/10 or equivalent
- All University backgrounds are welcome: Industrial Management, Automation, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Garment & Textile, Electronics, Mechanics, Chemical Engineering, International Business, Human Resource, etc.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
