POSITION: SERVICE ENGINEER – FOR EQUIPMENT & INSTRUMENTATION

Job Description

  1. Essential Job functions: Plan for regular customer visit to obtain continuous support by identifying their requirements and needs to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  1. Provide after sales service support (installation, training, maintenance, repair, on-site service: concerns to ensure total customer satisfaction in order to gain continuous support from customer.
  1. Prepare service & parts quotation with reasonable margin to custom
  2. Support for sales and marketing activities (exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product training, products demonstration …).
  3. Prepare weekly service report, yearly service report forecast plan.
  4. Perform related duties as required.

 

Job Requisition

  1. 01 position is availa
  2. Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
  3. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, Metrology related backgroun
  4. Knowledge in Technical/Field Service would be an advanta
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. MUST be able to communicate in English (Spoken & Written).
  7. Competent in computer and some common office application software.
  8. MUST independent, teamwork mentality, analytical thinking and relation building.
