JOB PLAN
- Head start your career at the leading outdoor furniture in Binh Duong with ScanCom Management Trainee program
- This program will extend 14 to 16 months and Individual will experience each function within 04 to 06 months and rotate the cross-functions as following:
- Operation: Production – Production Preparation – Quality Assurance– Technical Development
- Technical: Research & Development – Technical Development – Testing – Quality Assurance
- After the rotation, Management Trainee will be evaluated the capability and his/her characteristic to place into a fit job
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Fresh Graduate or less than 1 years of work experience. Major in Mechanical Engineering
- Have GPA above 3.0/4 or equivalent
- Certificate of IELTS 6.0 up, or TOEIC 650 scores up or without certificate but good command of English should be accepted
- Familiar with MS Office and Technical software as Invertor, Pro Engineer, AutoCad
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Dynamic and would like to work and develop career in manufacturing industry
WORKING PLACE
- Head office, ScanCom VietNam No 10, Road 8, Song Than 1 IPZ, Di An District, Binh Duong Province (Transportation pick up from related routes in Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai)
- Working time: From Monday to Friday and administrative time
